The 74HC245D is a octal bus transceiver with 3 state outputs in 20 pin SOIC package. This high speed Si-gate CMOS device is pin compatible with low power schottky TTL (LSTTL). The 74HC245D octal transceiver features non inverting 3 state bus compatible outputs in both send and receives directions. It also features an output enable input for easy cascading, send/receive input (DIR) for direction control and control buses are effectively isolated.
- Supply voltage range from 2V to 6V
- Octal bidirectional bus interface
- Complies with JEDEC standard JESD 7A
- Features ESD protection
- Ambient temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
