CAP-502A Biaxial Storage Control Trainer
- The model simulates an ASRS system with 3 x 4 storage locations and a storage-operating device movablein the X/Y direction. A telescopic table with pallet holder is build on the storage-operating device, which is movable on Z direction, and in the course of simulation, the pallet can be inserted into the ASRS and removed from it.
- The motion on X/Y direction are achieved by stepping motor, while the Z direction motion is achieved by DC motor, keyboard scanning input controls the BCD code with digital display.
- Standard grooved aluminium profile is used as the mounting base of complete system, making the complete system easy to be installed or modified for further exploration.
