- D.C. Voltmeter, 65mm rectangular dial to read 0-15V.
- D.C. Microammeter, 65mm rectangular dial to read with switch selectable ranges of 500mA and 10mA.
- Oven, Electrically heated, to change temperature of the transistor.
- PNP transistor.
- Thermometer 0-110 °C.
- Adequate no. of other electronic components.
- Mains ON/OFF switch, Fuse and Jewel light.
