We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate Sales Representatives / Sales Executives to join our team in Nakuru and Nairobi. The ideal candidates will play a key role in driving business growth, developing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Promote Pixel Electric's products and services, including STEM Education Programs, Robotics & IoT Solutions, Automation Systems, Drone Technologies, Smart Technology Solutions, and Turnkey Projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective customers.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using company's reporting systems.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused.
- Knowledge of STEM, Robotics, Automation, IoT, Drone Technologies, or Smart Technology Solutions will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
