The 200W pixel OV2640 camera module is made of 1/4 inch OV2640 million HD CMOS sensor. It has high sensitivity, high flexibility, and supports JPEG output. It can also support exposure, white balance, chromaticity, saturation, contrast and many other parameters settings, support JPEG / RGB565 format output, can meet the needs of different occasions.

The OV2640 image sensor has 2 million pixels (1632x1232 pixels), small size, low operating voltage, and provides all the functions of a single UXGA camera and image processor. Through SCCB bus control, can output whole frame, sub-sampling, take the window and other ways of 10-bit resolution sampling data. Users can control image quality, data format and transmission mode completely. All image processing functions including gamma curve, white balance, saturation, chromaticity and so on can be programmed through SCCB interface. OmmiVision image sensor uses unique sensor technology to improve image quality and obtain clear and stable color image by reducing or eliminating optical or electronic defects such as fixed pattern noise, butt tail, floating and so on.
