Position Details / Responsibility:
  • Cold calling prospects in the assigned territory and focus area
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Coordinating with business associates and partners.
  • Update and maintain the CRM for all client databases.
  • Develop new techniques and strategies to keep up with the ever-dynamic business world.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future market trends.
  • Representing your organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your company's managers.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance and that of the entire team, aiming to meet or exceed targets.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Commerce/ Sales and Marketing or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in B2B and B2C sales.
  • Successful experience in maintaining existing customer bases
  • Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
  • Have the ability to work in a team and possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge on new technologies ie. IoT, ML and AI is an added advantage
  • Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
